Uninstall instructions

Follow the instructions below to uninstall product

Windows

Uninstall from the Start menu
  1. Click the ‘Start’ button, then look for the app or program in the list
  2. Right-click on the app and select the ‘Uninstall’ option

Uninstall from the Control Panel

  1. Type 'Control Panel' in the search box on the taskbar. Select it from the list of results.
  2. Go to ‘Programs’
  3. Under ‘Programs and Features’ choose ‘Uninstall a program’
  4. Right-click on the app and select ‘Uninstall’. Then, follow the instructions on the screen.

Uninstall from the Settings page

  1. Click the Start button and select ‘Settings’
  2. Go to ‘Apps’
  3. Under ‘Apps & features’, locate and select the app you want to remove
  4. Click ‘Uninstall’

Mac

Locate the app in the Finder:
  1. Click the Applications icon in the sidebar of the window to access the Applications folder. Or use Spotlight to find the app, then press and hold Command key (⌘) while double-clicking it.
  2. Drag the app to the Trash. Alternatively, you can select the app and choose ‘File’> Move to Trash
  3. If asked for a user name and password, enter the same credentials you use to log in to your computer
  4. Select Finder > Empty Trash
