Uninstall instructions
Follow the instructions below to uninstall product
Windows
Uninstall from the Start menu
- Click the ‘Start’ button, then look for the app or program in the list
- Right-click on the app and select the ‘Uninstall’ option
Uninstall from the Control Panel
- Type 'Control Panel' in the search box on the taskbar. Select it from the list of results.
- Go to ‘Programs’
- Under ‘Programs and Features’ choose ‘Uninstall a program’
- Right-click on the app and select ‘Uninstall’. Then, follow the instructions on the screen.
Uninstall from the Settings page
- Click the Start button and select ‘Settings’
- Go to ‘Apps’
- Under ‘Apps & features’, locate and select the app you want to remove
- Click ‘Uninstall’
Mac
Locate the app in the Finder:
- Click the Applications icon in the sidebar of the window to access the Applications folder. Or use Spotlight to find the app, then press and hold Command key (⌘) while double-clicking it.
- Drag the app to the Trash. Alternatively, you can select the app and choose ‘File’> Move to Trash
- If asked for a user name and password, enter the same credentials you use to log in to your computer
- Select Finder > Empty Trash
